The wardrobes were for my daughter’s flat. We are were happy with Heritage Wardrobes.
We did not have any experience of any of the bespoke wardrobe companies in the UK and asked for quotes from three different companies. HW’s offer was about 50% more expensive than those from the larger companies but we don’t have any regret.
Delphine identified a number of potential issues and adapted the design accordingly (something which was not done by the other two companies). It was a hassle-free experience, with a beautiful result and the price quoted was the final price.
The wardrobes are truly bespoke and everything is of very high standard. Choice of woods and colours is almost unlimited and of very high quality. Communication was excellent and everybody in the team (Delphine, Amanda, Adam and Emil) were top !
I would definitely order again from HW, a family-owned small company very close to its customers needs.

The only concern I had was being left with an almost-finished dressing room for a couple of weeks due to staffing issues, however they rectified this as early as they could, and once the work was complete I was very pleased with the result.

I have used the Heritage Wardrobe Company twice for the wardrobes in my new flat. The product is absolutely beautiful, very sturdy and fully customised. A special thank you to the designers Lewis Martin and Delphine Drouin for their patience and guidance.
The customer service is excellent – from the designers Lewis and Delphine, Amanda in the office, to the installer Pavel, the painter Chris and the delivery people, who brought floor coverings with them. When I reported a minor snag (a slightly loose door), someone was sent around to fix it the very next day.
It was really good to deal with the HTC – which really helps if you are in the middle of a stressful refurb. You get the designer’s mobile number, you don’t have to deal with automated systems or chase anyone and don’t get pressured to make instant decisions.
I am delighted with my wardrobes and would recommend the HTC very strongly.

When we looked at redesigning our existing walk-in wardrobes as part of the renovation of our Georgian farmhouse we contacted The Heritage Wardrobe Company.

I feel I received a really personal service from The Heritage Wardrobe Company which included two or three visits to look at the finishing and design aspects.

Laurent was amazing helping me design the shoe and bag storage to wrap around the en-suite bathroom walls and a bespoke dressing table comprising of 9 drawers to replace the existing freestanding one. Although it’s narrower – it actually provides more storage.
