James from Heritage Wardrobes was very professional from the first call, to coming out and our beautiful walk in wardrobe being fitted. The only thing I feel let them down was we didn’t get any follow up to see if we were happy once completed. There are a couple of snags drips of paint and a sticky draw but other than that we couldn’t be happier.

We have already recommended them to others and we hope they can deliver the same service to them.

Would definitely use for any further projects.

I am very pleased with my new dressing room and utility room from The Heritage Wardrobe Company. The whole team from design, installation, painters to accounts were all very professional and polite.

The only concern I had was being left with an almost-finished dressing room for a couple of weeks due to staffing issues, however they rectified this as early as they could, and once the work was complete I was very pleased with the result.

It’s excellent quality and good value for money… I am contemplating a new kitchen in the future and would absolutely use them for that.

From the initial telephone call to meeting Delphine the designer in person and then the fitter and painter who installed and created my beautiful his and hers dressing rooms, I couldn’t be happier. The workmanship was outstanding including their attention to detail. The quality of the products used are first class and everything was custom made to fit my space.

I have used the Heritage Wardrobe Company twice for the wardrobes in my new flat. The product is absolutely beautiful, very sturdy and fully customised. A special thank you to the designers Lewis Martin and Delphine Drouin for their patience and guidance.

The customer service is excellent – from the designers Lewis and Delphine, Amanda in the office, to the installer Pavel, the painter Chris and the delivery people, who brought floor coverings with them. When I reported a minor snag (a slightly loose door), someone was sent around to fix it the very next day.

It was really good to deal with the HTC – which really helps if you are in the middle of a stressful refurb. You get the designer’s mobile number, you don’t have to deal with automated systems or chase anyone and don’t get pressured to make instant decisions.

I am delighted with my wardrobes and would recommend the HTC very strongly.

A couple of years ago we converted a bedroom in to a walk-in wardrobe for our master suite and Laurent and his team did a fantastic job. They were so good we had two further smaller walk-in wardrobes/dressing areas completed.

Heritage provide excellent customer service, Laurent’s communication and customer engagement is exemplary , the products are timeless & elegant & well made and the installation service is superb.

Of all of the suppliers we have used over 7 years of refurbishing our home, Heritage are one of the best, if not the best.

We first used the HWC for a renovation of our two children’s bedrooms. It is always a bit of a gamble when you use a company for the first time; we were not disappointed.

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, all delivery and fitting times were honoured and the professionalism of everyone was second to none.

We were so impressed that we asked Laurent to configure new wardrobes for our own dressing room and an armoire and desk for our second bedroom. Again, everything from the initial designs, the fitters, painters and aftercare have been unmatched.

I am over the moon with my stunning dressing room. From concept to completion, every design meeting, drawing and detail has been exceptionally taken care.

I am delighted that I chose to work with Delphine, who oversaw the project so efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot fault their quality as well as their customer communication and service, which has been excellent throughout.

I considered and met with several options of suppliers but found Delphine at Heritage to be the most personal. Her warm, friendly and professional approach was so refreshing and reassuring, alongside her knowledge and eye for design and colour which has been invaluable to me. Nothing was too much trouble and all my requests were accommodated to a superb standard.

The installation team and painter were a delight to have in our home, so well-mannered and reliable with a real passion for their craftsmanship.

Now finished, my dressing room has exceeded all my expectations and I am so glad I chose to work with Heritage Wardrobes. I shall be welcoming them back later this month to work on a different room in our home and I cannot wait to see their results.

From the start, their designer, James, was friendly, helpful and hugely accommodating, coming up with a great design for the space we were looking to transform. He was a real pleasure to work with.

From then on, the service was first class. The delivery team were prompt and professional. The installer was thorough, precise and every evening left our house in immaculate condition. The painter was a perfectionist, staying very late and not leaving until he was 100% satisfied.

When we looked at redesigning our existing walk-in wardrobes as part of the renovation of our Georgian farmhouse we contacted The Heritage Wardrobe Company.

They were fantastic throughout the journey from start to finish…there is nothing that they won’t do to make you feel positive …and they delivered everything they said they would.

I wanted to create the look of a gentlemen’s boutique with a complete wow factor. It was important for us to get the to get the colour exactly right – which our designer Steve Raby really preserved with – to help create the bronze taupe finish using Craig and Rose Artisan Metallic Tempered Bronze.

The layout is just what we wanted and now we have a place for everything! We love the finished results.

From start to completion the job ran to schedule, actually coming in a day early. They were both very professional, even getting over a slight hiccup, with no fuss whatsoever. Also, we’d like to thank you for pushing our job forward a bit and wriggling around a couple of changes made.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Heritage Wardrobes again!

I feel I received a really personal service from The Heritage Wardrobe Company which included two or three visits to look at the finishing and design aspects.

I was advised that we could remove the central column between our existing separate wardrobes to create more space. Then the designer worked with me to tailor the wardrobe to my personal requirements.

From start to finish I received a very personal service, any query I had was responded to quickly and overall all the workmen were just wonderful. They were very efficient, completing the project within the timeframe, including the two workmen who deconstructed the original wardrobes.

Our original wardrobes were installed in February 2018 as part of our house renovation but then I felt I needed more storage for shoes and handbags.

We had been really impressed by the service we received previously from The Heritage Wardrobe Company so I approached them again to see if they could help reconfigure the limited space – our dressing room is only 2.5m wide.

Laurent was amazing helping me design the shoe and bag storage to wrap around the en-suite bathroom walls and a bespoke dressing table comprising of 9 drawers to replace the existing freestanding one. Although it’s narrower – it actually provides more storage.

I think Laurent even amazed himself that everything fitted so well into the space – we are so thrilled with the end results.
