Planning your fitted furniture budget

The cost of bespoke furniture depends on its dimensions, materials, finish and internal fittings. The starting investment below helps you assess whether our service fits your plans. Your quotation will set out the agreed design and price.

What is the starting investment?

Our bespoke projects start from £18,000 including VAT. This includes fitting, delivery and finishing.

The final price depends on the dimensions, materials, finish and internal fittings agreed for your project. Your quotation sets out the proposed specification and total price.

What affects the price?

  • Dimensions and layout: the number of rooms, overall width and height, and details such as sloping ceilings or alcoves.
  • Doors and finishes: panelled or mirrored doors, mouldings, paint colours and internal finishes.
  • Storage: the balance of hanging rails, shelves and drawers, plus specialist fittings.
  • Additional features: integrated lighting, an island or a dressing table.

Discuss priorities with your designer so the proposal reflects both the storage you need and the budget available.

What should the quotation include?

Compare the full specification: dimensions, materials, door style, internal fittings and finish. Our starting price includes fitting, delivery, finishing and VAT. Discuss any electrical work or room preparation with your designer so the scope and responsibilities are clear.

Ask for the payment stages, expected programme and guarantee terms in writing. This makes it easier to compare proposals on the same basis.

Bespoke or standard-size furniture?

Bespoke furniture is planned around your room’s dimensions and your choice of storage and finishes. Standard-size furniture uses predetermined dimensions and configurations. Consider how each option fits the room, the installation work involved and the complete cost.
